Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick; Velvet Underground | Swatch and Review

About two weeks ago I purchased this Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick Line in the shade “Velvet Underground”*. This was the only one I was truly drawn to. I was always intrigued by the lipsticks and wanted to try them out. One of my favorite aspects about this lipstick is the Rose Gold Bullet, it just calls out “luxury”. I purchased this for $34, which seems like a decent price, considering the bullet case itself is so beautiful and luxuries looking.

The color is a bright fuschia with a cool undertone. It glides on perfectly with one swipe, it does have a cream sheen finish, so it isn’t super glossy, sort of like the perfect sheen lipstick for the gloss minimalist women out there. This isn’t kissing proof, so it does come off.  I do love to pair this lipstick with mac lipliner in Nightingale, to give a cleaner and sharper look. Without a lipliner this lipstick does not bleed; I didn’t expect it to bleed regardless

The longevity of this lipstick is like most lipsticks, it does come off with eating or kissing…(wink, wink). But, pair it with a lip liner and it will stay even longer.

All in total there are ten shades in the K.I.S.S.I.N.G line, most are deeper darker shades and few pinkish/nudes.

Let me know, do you own any Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks?
